RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Uber has already conducted the social strategy of sustaining development on supporting the local women to earn extra money for the families. This project should be continued and expanded across the world in order to enhance its positive brand image and reputation. 

 

  • Uber is still in its rapid expansion stage now and it has come across with the legal issues, it should firstly plan in advance analysing the macro environment before launching into new regions (Omar Khafagy, 2014).

 

  • Due to the legal issues in several countries, Uber needs to adapt its business model, so as to localise its services to be more appropriated with the locals and to avoid the illegal possibilities in each particular country.
